Shipping Policy

Orders

Once you placed your order you will get an e-mail as confirmation and your order will be made as soon as possible.

Shipping

Delivery is available in the Netherlands, Curaçao, Belgium, Aruba, and the USA.

Shipping costs

-Free shipping in the Netherlands

- Shipping to Aruba and Curaçao will cost 5 euros.

- Shipping to the USA will cost 7,50 euros.

- Shipping to Belgium will cost 4,00 euros.

Delivery Time

- Shipping in the Netherlands and Belgium will take a max. of 3 days.

- Shipping to Aruba and Curaçao will take 9 to 15 days.

- Shipping to the USA will take 4 to 9 days.

Once your order is finished your product will get shipped by POST NL. Your order will be packed in a bubble wrap package so your product doesn't get damaged. You will also get a personal message from Genevie!

ATTENTION: POST NL may be busy with their customer service due to the corona measures and the extra orders (it also depends on how your city manages deliveries). This means that some packages take longer to travel. Please note that ' Plan and Party' is solely responsible for delivering the product to the country. 'Plan and Party' is not responsible for import duties and product liberalization.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please note, 'Plan and Party' reserves the right to refuse all returns. In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing products within two weeks of receipt of the package. The customer must provide photos of the issue, including a packing slip.
