All-Inclusive Party Decoration
You can also choose to leave the whole party in my hands. This means that everything is then included when it comes to decorating.
This package includes:
- 1x Balloon arch with balloons at a large table
- 2x Pillars for the Entrance
- 1x Age decoration from balloons
- Table decorations (depends on how many tables there are)
- Snack bags for the table (with chips, drinks, candy, etc)
- Tablecloth, Cups, napkins, cutlery, and plates for the party
- Invitation to the party
You can choose from different themes:

This balloon decoration is only made in Rotterdam and The Hague, if you live somewhere else in the Netherlands please send Genevie an email: planwithmebygenevie@outlook.com.
The framework we use for the balloon decorations can be kept or thrown away after use. We will not pick up the balloon decorations after the event.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Balloon decorations are most beautiful when set indoors. If the balloons are set outside the weather is your own risk. In hot weather the likelihood of balloons popping increases due to hot conditions. The hotter the temperature the higher the possibility of the balloons popping. If it is too cold, balloons will shrink. Wind and rain also do not cooperate with balloons. And once I leave I will not return to replace any popped/ugly/damaged balloons.
When ordering these balloon decorations I will keep a spot free in the agenda to make it on location. Should the event (for whatever reason) not go ahead you can:
- 7 days before the delivery date cancel free of charge
- 3 days before the delivery date I charge 10% of the total amount
- 24 hours before the delivery date I charge 50% of the total amount
- 12 hours before the delivery date I charge 100% of the total amount.
